HOW DOES THE SCANNING PROCESS WORK?
It’s simple. After an order is received, we will send an email to the address on file with instructions and a link to our proprietary application. Then you'll use your iPhone's Face ID camera to scan your ears. We'll do the rest! Your earphones will arrive at your doorstep custom shaped to the inside of the ear, making for a flawless fit and cutting-edge aesthetic.
WAVS Custom Earphones work with all devices—but you'll need to use an iPhone with Face ID for your fitting. It only takes a couple of minutes, and if you do not personally have an iPhone you can also use a friend or we can send you an at home mold kit!
