How Do I Get Fitted?

It’s simple. After ordering, we'll create your account and send you the instructions. Then you'll use your phone's Face ID camera to scan your ears. We'll do the rest. Your earphones will arrive at your doorstep custom shaped to the inside of the ear, making for a flawless fit and cutting-edge aesthetic.

WAVS Custom Earphones work with all devices—but you'll need to use an iPhone with Face ID to complete your scans. It only takes a couple of minutes and you can use a friend's phone to do it!

If you do not have access to an iPhone, no problem! We can send you an at home mold kit for just $15. If this is required, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and we will provide an invoice!
